It's the truth.. we're all hurt people in some way

our gifts are a combination of our nature and nurture, our DNA and our environment/experiences.. and sometimes the environment/experiences are traumatic, but they lead to beautiful gifts

When I was in therapy last year, my therapist told me that we are all here on this Earth, in service of each other. Just as I am inspired by this or that person, so too will I inspire someone else and drop wisdom for them to tackle their life issues.

Fun way to reposition trauma. "This hurt me, you're welcome!" LOL
