So did the Holesky testnet Pectra fork failure cause the market to dump or was that just coincidence?!

The bug that caused the fork to fail was more of an oversight. Not a big deal at all really, and I wouldn't expect it take long to get back on track.

Whats important to note with todays Holesky fork ist that this issue would've NEVER happened on mainnet or devnets.

It is very specific to how testnets are configured in the client.
