Hashing is fine. It's anything involving discrete log or prime factoring hardness that may soon be f'd, like most public key cryptography.

Start migrating to quantum resistant public key cryptosystems ASAP? Unfortunately I don't think anyone agrees on the best candidates, but this is not my area of expertise.
