when you say this "airdrop 2 points are points, not $degen" that says otherwise when I read it. But it  may have been a precursor to your next statement that points are being cleansed which may mean a drop in points to some.

fair. if we unpack the website's claim "1 point = 1 $degen" it naturally means something like "at time of redemption, points will be exchanged for an equal amount of $degen".

it does /not/ mean that your points earned are immutable and at all times equivalent to $degen
