Homemade sushi tonight: we cater to the kids so we stick to rolls. Tonight is shrimp tempura and California rolls. We’ll throw in a spicy tuna roll in there if the market has decent looking fish. I used to work at a Sushi Boy as a senior in high school and have never truly gotten away from making sushi since 🍱🍣

I trust its going to be amazing! Tried sushi for the first time last year, fell in love and been having a blast trying out sushi restaurants, would love to be able to make some homemade ones soon!

Haha it happens! And i actually havent tried sashimi or nigiri or any raw fish yet cause i have trust issues πŸ˜† but once i get more comfortable I’d definitely be trying them. I usually have the raw rolls with fish tempura or smoked fish and fried rolls too
