We like it crispy: noodles, meat, egg, cabbage fried on a flat top topped with kewpie mayo and other sauces

Even hungrier now... Just located a place  nearby with great ratings, closed today but will try it for sure!

Awesome let me know how you like it. Not sure if you had any other Japanese type noodles. Can maybe compare it to yakisoba a little if you had that
