In order to dampen allowance farming, points earned for tipping on Warpcast are now based on quantity of $RARE tipped, rather than count of tips. Also scheming on some cool new ways to earn points in WC :) As always, feedback appreciated!

I like this change as the farming ones are always the .02 tips. Give the allocation to those who actually spread the tips
