Today we had an authentic "Churrasco de Contrafilé Osvaldo Aranha." for our lunch at “Garota da Gavea”. It's a Brazilian-style grilled ribeye steak, seasoned with garlic and grilled to perfection. It comes with a side of broccoli rice, crispy potato chips and a portion of black beans.

You just can’t make it more “Carioca” than that!
