This is well-trodden territory, but I want to take a moment & reflect on how effective hackathons are at providing activation energy.

We've had an internal version of view.art since 2021 that never got past beta. The recent Onchain Summer hackathon was motivation to get ourselves in gear and push for a public launch.

Base is probably one of the few blockchains that motivate people to do things onchain, from builders to users. There is nothing like that elsewhere!
