Have been extremely sick for the past five weeks. Losing ~20lbs total and destroying any progress made from my winter bulk. 

Today is my first day back, and although I’m going to take my time to ease back into it, I couldn’t be more excited. Ready to feel like myself again.

Good job getting back in there right away.  That's the hardest part.  I'm going through something similar right now, unable to eat solid foods and such.  Hope to get back in there myself in a week or so!
