Ok so the "10k in wallet" doesn't have any impact on the tips you earn. It's just the barrier for entry to donat and build up a bigger tip allocation? Effectively, you can farm tips. Get airdrop to 10k then after airdrop start tipping. Not sure I'm explaining this well. Haha
