SafePal launched a cryptocurrency wallet (https://cointelegraph.com/news/safepal-telegram-crypto-wallet-visa-card) Mini Wallet in Telegram with Visa card support. 

This application will allow 950 million users to create crypto accounts that comply with Swiss banking requirements.

Visa card is available after KYC verification and licensed by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority.

Standard cryptocurrency features are available in the wallet. There are also plans to add an exchange function for most blockchains. 

Mastercard will also be added in the future.
