One of my favorite ramens : Taiyo Tomato Ramen. 
The soup base is the chicken version of tonkotsu , and the concentrated umami from the tomatoes explodes in your mouth. Naturally, it goes great with cheese. It's a unique and interesting flavor that's neither fully Japanese nor Western.

Taiyo Tomatomen are delicious, aren't they? The tomato noodles at Kappa Ramen in Fussa and Tokorozawa are also great! If you haven't tried them, you definitely should🍅🍜🧀
