ITAP of Alkaff Bridge at night dancing on the water. It’s a pedestrian bridge named after a prominent family in Singapore’s history, the Alkaffs. Finished in 1999, it was painted by the artist Pacita Abad, who had an amazing international career with art now in public, corporate and private collections across over 70 countries.
