My least favorite thing about this place is cheerleading inflated metrics publicly, while privately acknowledging there are no more than 10k actual protocol users

3 things can be true:

1. invaluable to praise publicly, criticize privately (sometimes publicly if done in good faith)

2. intellectual honesty is a hallmark of most FC OGs (don’t assert otherwise)

3. @geoffgolberg asks great analytical Qs, but not v tactical in communicating in progress-oriented collaborative way

The data ppl can get lost in the numbers… old saying “can’t see the forest through the trees” … it’s not a negative but that’s why you need to learn to do both or be part of a team with members responsible for each part. Geoff really does provide very interesting data analytics that can be learned from.
