Taking a snapshot of holders before the announcement would make 10000000x more sense. Anyone who was still holding before this announcement was clearly invested and was bullish. Now- any joe schmoe who never gave a shit about moxie or all the previous work can just buy it for basically nothing and get in on the airdrop. This doesn't seem to reward those who stuck around and trusted the process.

It will be based on a percentage of the moxie supply owned at the time of the snapshot in the future. So since the moxie supply is constant, it doesn’t hurt you at all if other people buy in now.
