One of my favorite scenes in Manhattan is the skyline viewed from the north end of the Jackie O' Reservoir. If you're a Central Park jogger you know this view.

such a colorful skyline that night. I remember you used to be able to change the lights on some of these towers and Empire from a phone app. At least my buddy showed me years ago. Its probably changed since then

Most of these lights are fixed. some change with different holidays. ESB always changing their colors. And there is at least one where you can change it with and app.
