Update on OPERATION: NO XANAX I quit Xanax on December 28, 2023. Last night, I went to sleep with only magnesium, and my 2 (other regular) prescriptions. At some point, I was taking 12 pills to shut my brain off. I was probably also killing it. This wasn't an easy battle, but it was worth it. Quitting isn't about the first day you decide to quit. It's about every other day you fight to stay "quit." If I can do this, anyone can 🫡

That’s incredible! And so glad you were able to kick it. What most people don’t realize is that it’s physically one of the hardest if not the hardest drug to get off of. It’s the only one you can literally die from the withdrawals (and alcohol). You should be extremely proud of the accomplishment

It's felt like this enormous uphill battle for the last 2 years, but one of the most physically and mentally rewarding things I've done in my life 🤍 Thanks basement 🫡
