As a Tampa fan (all sports) I never thought Baker would develop into this composed and locked in QB in the NFL level.  Love to see it.

He is a beast. Back in the day, NFL QBs would be understudies for a few years before leading a team. Now, many drafted rookies are starters in their first year. Consider Darnold, Love, or Mayfield. They have their time to study, and now they're flourishing.
