whats the best cough drop or anything to help with a dry cough, been going on three days (USA based)

I prefer ones that dont taste great, but dont taste like shit.  The ones that taste great I end up just eating.  That said, one of my favorite brands is Fishermans Friend - if you have access to it.  I know my local pharmacy in BK has them, not sure about the big chains.  Ricola goes hard too.

oh try the mucinex sore throat ones.  I think they have like lidocaine (i doubt thats what it is) or something to numb your entire mouth/throat
