Kiddo got a concussion at his soccer game tonight. I saw him head the ball a couple times but I somehow missed him getting knocked to the ground and hitting his head with a couple minutes left in the game. Next thing I knew he was throwing up in the bathroom. The worst feeling is when your kiddo is hurt or sick. I'd take that pain from him if I could every time.

Especially a concussion. I've had a few growing up playing Football - I have lived, breathed, and ate football my entire life but would rather my kids play golf. Idk how my mom did it. haha

I always said "you're not playing football -- that brain is too valuable" and funny enough he's a golfer (scratch golfer, best on his team). His friends needed more players or they wouldn't have enough for a soccer team so this is his first year playing soccer and I just said today "I really wish he wouldn't head the ball" and here we are lol

He sounds like an athlete than could pick up anything and be good at it. I have a buddy like that, we called him the golden child growing up. If I could go back in time, I would focus 100 percent of my energy(athletically) on golf I hope hes thankful - He's already accomplished something 99.99% of people will never experience in their life, no matter how much they play: being scratch. (this is def a real stat, if not, there are probably more 9's on the end)
