Now xAI acquires X in an all-stock transaction, valuing both companies at $80 billion.

xAI acquired X; the deal’s $45 billion price tag includes $12 billion in debt.

Is there anyone who sees something strange here? 

Remember that xAI is not an established company, has a pumped AI valuation, with ~$100M revenues, as an add on to X premium, burning billions on infra. 

Immagine if a startup after raising $12B is buying another company for $45B. Everything is fine lol
