the thing is no app with significant usage implemented it, not even close those proofs aren't adding anything to end user experience they either have to be required to be used by law or an app using those should become popular in a fashion similar to polymarket, zora etc.

also perhaps no app wants to have a proof of something vs owning all the data lol, especially when second is the default

This is a big part of the problem. In many cases it is a user benefit. Most businesses don't want to implement it because it requires extra steps, users aren't demanding it and they lose potential value of data. Plus depending on context, retaining data may actually be required by law.
