content coins focus of base puts it even further away from what ETH stands for

and all of base is still using ETH while also not benefitting ETH growth directly 

are we getting conditioned to separate and launch official base coin?

on the user side, similarly to warpcast vs farcaster having ETH asset is messing things up for people coming in

this issue could become easier once we can pay for gas with any asset but the point is that users shouldn't need to learn what ETH is really? to move assets around, save for retirement, use crypto for borderless payments etc.

what Vitalik and Ethereum foundation is standing for and pushing for, namely:

security, decentralization, resilience, infrastructure, prioritizing long term stability

while base is pro consumer, a lot more centralized:

scaling as top priority, both technically and on the specific user persona side: primarily creators and builders, goals for only a year etc.

It’s too large of an asset for something as small as base rn

When $coin stock is onchain would this become the base coin?
