Depends on the exit and if it’ll ever happen. Used to work for a company sold for $2.1B after multiple rounds. Dude bought a ferrari (as I heard) and grinding to this day I believe. He only got some millions - rest to VCs, that’s who ends up chilling before and after exit lol
