I'd say it's all about putting skin in the game

Top up your base wallet with a bit of money and go do it: 
- find an NFT you like
- find one that unlocks something cool
- look up and win a DAO auction and vote on a proposal
- buy a token, swap tokens, bridge a piece
- look up a token on dexscreener
- check a tx on basescan
- list and buy something on OpenSea
- try some onchain apps like basepaint, polymarket, bracketgame, sound.xyz, pods etc. there are too many already haha
- order a crypto card like gnosis and try using it
