- entry amount
- who gets insured 

I think the dao can have broader purpose than just insurance for members

cool idea 
some thoughts on it:
- how much would you pay for such a service?
- how much would you expect to receive when a client ghosts?
- maybe in order to qualify for the insurance all clients have to enroll in it and the whole thing is like a onchain replacement for fiverr to include dispute management so the fund is drained
