OK, I got some EURC, what can I do with it onchain?

So far the only thing I've found is @morpho's EURCs, but I'm having hard time to understand how does it work, underlying assets seems to be just variations ETH? and you get a juicy MORPHO/WELL boosted APY, but why and for how long?

Also tried doing @aerodrome EURC/USDC, but it ain't a real stable pair, lol. Would need active rebalancing if you want to target a competitive range, anyone knows a good solution/provider here? Because you need to stake to earn AERO, but staking/restaking/rebalancing the pair ain't a passive income, no more..

in my eyes eurc only makes sense to pay for stuff in europe, send to your bank, pay for rent etc
