can't initiate any transactions on base, anyone can troubleshoot? none of my wallets can, both mobile and desktop get internal RPC error on metamask desktop tried connecting to different RPCs didn't help

i had to clear pending txs and then push through a cranked up gas simple send tx to get it clear
