I’m thinking about switching the studio purpose from doing design work into something else instead I want to support based projects here in a more meaningful way ofc it can still be design work / consultation but I want it to be much more than that we’ve got too many problems to solve and too many people to bring onchain I’m not sure it’s possible if I’d only focus on 1,2, even 5 projects at a time, need to do smth different here maybe what 0xdesigner is doing for crypto concepts is what I should do for based concepts is a better way to go forward food for thought for me closing this year

don’t think actual design work, brand, ui / ux is that important for what we’re after here what would 10x our experience in life from here is not some pretty logos or fancy animations it’s almost free payments at the everyday stores it’s solved identity issues it’s solved self custodial banking …

I think that’s what I want to do next, in part is to concepts of projects that aren’t imaginable / possible today due to cultural, political, economical, technical baggage and more the other part is supporting great projects I discover either by minting, buying tokens or depositing money and using from early stages with enough money and eventually attempting to build some of those things

design implies selling a style and product ux decision thinking to the client traditional design agencies hunt to sign contracts and then keep clients happy with great process and consistent work output freelancers do the same without contracts necessarily and on smaller scale at least money wise this kind of design is limited by definition from the ground up and this is what I don't want to be limited by should a studio also be bootstrapping it's own projects? holding an investment fund? doing podcasts? writing about new based apps coming out? all of above and more? I feel like there's a room to make it bigger and much more meaningful
