Modcast

- Build a Chrome extension that just swaps up this group of divs on Warpcast web

- Allow frame and composer action devs to "install" their apps here

- If you can get 100 high quality DAU with the extension, start adding additional features

- If you get enough DAU, can easily nudge them to your eventual mobile client

- Or just build as an open source project and naturally get a lot of help from any developer building the ecosystem

probably will also work well if it were to hide that panel completely 

can do that with adblocker though

but if it’s really something useful, best way for it is to be open source I think, I’m very picky with extensions since they have control over the pages
