Warpcast Wallet and Rewards aren't available to users in some regions. 

We're a US-based company and are required to follow US laws and regulations. Here is the list of countries that we cannot offer the wallet and rewards program to.

the problem is that I registered through a Russian IP, and that's why I can't use it. If I had used a VPN when registering, this wouldn't have happened :/ fuck politics in my country
