Do you think it makes sense for designers in web3 space to open-source their works, like how devs open-source their code?

Designers aren't used to git commits that developers are
And on the other side there's always a reviewer

I think it may work with like branches in Figma but needs to be better I think

2. Have someone senior looking at and constantly reviewing proposed changes
3. As I'm writing this, I think it should be paid somehow based on contribution as lots of ideas may not fit since outside people will always have less context - that maybe the cornerstone for it tbh

So the way it'd work
1. Have a design system and flows laid out in a clear matter (maybe we agree on the guidelines for structuring designs, so we don't end up learning from 0 how each project is setup before we contribute)
