increasing @base's gas target to 3.75 mgas/s tomorrow

we'll monitor, then increase to 5 mgas/s early next week

our north star is 1 Ggas/s and we'll keep increasing incrementally, while we make progress on increasing L1 DA, managing state growth, and scaling execution

as promised, we increased @base's gas target 1.5x to 3.75 mgas/s

this gives 50% more capacity and you can see the impact to fees - they started to sharply decline after the change

we'll monitor through EOW, then increase to 5 mgas/s early next week if all looks well

onwards!
