I don't think it will happen until the war in Ukraine ends. Crypto markets are probably the smartest and most informed markets in the world. They won't commit to a bull until the possibility of WW3 ends because Ukraine is pretty much a proxy war between the United States and Russia.

That’s a good take. Putin said that the war likely wouldn’t have happened if Trump had been president. Maybe that’s a sign of good things to come.
