I really am skeptical of this Follower-Member distinction as a channel owner of /cryptoleft, and skeptical of the way channels are now displayed in Warpcaster I want to mass-add all followers of /cryptoleft as channel members. Is there a programmatic way to do this? I can't for the life of me even find the button

I think it's an elitist garbage that could only come from considering the pov only of large accounts. Thankfully they let the door open for the old way but as an idea it's just an awful new user retention strategy. New here? Join the audience and watch big fish socialize.

Yeah I am not fundamentally opposed to this group tweeting thing for all use cases but it seems like channels are overloaded a bit (though ofc the programmability may make this ok?) Can I not simply set an automatic rule that all new followers of /cryptoleft become members by default, and I let the mods help keep it healthy?
