I do a no-phones Saturday approximately once a quarter. Striving for once a month. Sometimes extend no-phones to no-screens, which ends up being a day of reading, board games, and walks in the park.

Taking 30 minutes of silence before bedtime, and dedicating at least one of my dog walks to be free from social media, music, podcasts, etc., is almost essential if you want to maintain your sanity.
