If 20 $ANON at x$ = ability to cast at what price do no new caster get added?

If price of $ANON moves up too quickly it will effectively cap the number of casters & creat a set of accounts the ‘could have casted’. Triangulating with other casts could probably narrow to a handful of fc accounts as suspected casters.
