By multiple concurrent proposers, do you mean something like Multiplicity gadgets for censorship-resistance, or the parallel proposers of @domothy in mev-burn context?

I think both are great, I'm not sure which is better. I like that multiplicity gadgets can isolate out the top of block tx in theory but parallel proposers seems like an easier implementation that could also get some of the strong CR benefits.
