Hey Brian! How optimistic/pessimistic are you on the US getting regulations right on us being able to unlock all of the use cases on crypto? 

If you were a starting a company today, how would navigate your business/product through this?

I'm optimistic the U.S. will get it right - the U.S. always ends up in the right spot, but only after exhausting every other option. I think we may need to change out the current administration though. Gensler and Warren are actively trying to kill crypto, but they won't succeed.

The great thing about the U.S. is the winds change every 4-8 years. In China, we could be stuck with the same bad person/policy for 30+ years.

They're painting outside the bounds of the law, and the courts are holding them accountable. They can do a lot of damage in the mean time, but crypto will outlast any administration or politician.
