Happy days frens, have a great week ahead! Do you have a symbol of peace in your mind? One of the first things that comes to my mind is a white dove, of course. The ceiling of Heilig-Geist-Kirche'de (Church of the Holy Spirit) in Munich is currently adorned with a flock of over 2000 origami birds. You can see this beautiful art installation "Les Colombes (The White Doves)" by Michael Pendry until the end of October this year. Starting in September, light and sound elements will also accompany this visual spectacle. In Christian tradition, the dove is also a symbol of the Holy Spirit, as the Gospel of Matthew reports that Jesus saw the Spirit of God descending on him like a dove at his baptism in the Jordan River (Matthew 3:13-17). Thus, it is very meaningful that the journey of this art installation, which began in this church ten years ago and traveled the world, will come to an end in this same church.

I totally agree with you. Birds always mean happiness and peace to us. How free they are, how happy they are, high above the ground, not attached to anything.. People are trying to get rich right now to be free, but will they really be free? They chain their feet to money. I feel sorry for people with this way of thinking. Freedom for me is happiness, loving, and living life to the fullest. "Yaşadıklarımdan Öğrendiğim Bir şey Var" Ataol Behramoğlu, hayatimda motto edindiğim şiir 🫠

What's true freedom? I don't have a proper answer to this but Bob Dylan's take on success comes to my mind: A man is a success if he gets up in the morning and goes to bed at night, and in between he does what he likes. Truly being free should be something like that. Living by our own values and desires, being able to act independently of external pressures or obligations. As you said, a person who lives a money-focused or entirely material-based life can achieve financial independence for sure, but being happy and free (happily free or freely happy, oh sounds good to me) beyond material gains is related to our inner satisfaction, the search for meaning, and our own personal growth. I love poems so much. Ikinci Yeni ❤️ But on this subject mine would be "Yasamaya dair" by Nazim ❤️❤️❤️
