Decisions: Spend a bunch of money getting regulated timing the institutional wave, or iterate with on-chain products to hit pmf. Custodians could spend a year pitching a family office to buy and stake $10m ETH, or launch something blast and acquire $2b in TVL in 48 hours. Must build to service both at the same time.
