Growing income-housing gap in the USA is crazy! In 1984, homes were 3.5 times the median income. Now, they're nearly 6 times! The income-housing gap is a significant issue, affecting many European countries as well. For instance, in 2023, the price-to-income ratio is 8.3 in the UK, 10.7 in Germany, and 11.8 in France.
