Malaysia and TikTok Collaborate on Cyber Safety Measures

   Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim announced that TikTok has committed to working with Malaysia's Communications Ministry and Bank Negara to tackle cyberbullying, scams, and slander on its platform. This follows a meeting with TikTok CEO Shou Zi Chew, where they discussed a proposed regulatory framework requiring platforms like TikTok to obtain licenses and follow stricter guidelines for user safety.
