I saw that the max points that L2 users can redeem is 10k points and I currently have 35k points which I got from season 1. Can I use 10k points from my current points to redeem in season 2 or do I need to get extra 10k points over the next 30 days to be able to redeem for season 2?

You can redeem 10K out of your 35K you have accumulated so far
