So hard to keep motivated after all that happened. I used to be pretty positive about everything but it’s a bit hard now.

I didn't get banned, but all of this makes me super uneasy how things can randomly turn on a dime due to some poor calculations. The adverse affect of fixing a problem where exactly the opposite happens instead at a crucial point in time. Claim day is a big day for artists especially - income during a time when sales are non-existent or slow. I know some folks won't be able to pay their bills due to this.

But in the end we should look forward, hopefully problem will be fixed (although trust is broken and will need to be earned back). It's still better here than on X imo, I just hope things will be corrected and for those not able to claim today - maybe some correction for next month.

The trust really needs to be rebuilt. 

30k missing is the difference for some in missing a week of meals.

Happy for you Dan! And super uneasy is the right description for me as well. I’m happy I was able to claim season 12 after all and got unbanned yesterday evening. Missed around 7K of points but heard others speaking of missing 30K. That’s brutal! I haven’t touched my new allowance yet, it’s 166 instead of 950. 🤷🏼‍♂️ I’ll hope the future will be bright but for now it’s  all foggy!
