A shot from the 5th highest mountain in NY - Whiteface. It was over 80F when I visited last October, shortly after within a week the summit was covered in snow.

Grateful for my time constraints that you can drive nearly to the summit and take a short walk up from the parking lot (or an elevator if you so choose). One day I can possibly tackle this high peak, it's about 10 miles to go up and back out.

The views must be very nice from up there! Love this view also with the lovely looking clouds and the mountains in the back!

Really amazing, you can see so far in all directions. In the winter they also have many skiing trails.
