Cadets in Training: ~ P.A. Academy is currently teaching the Movement Way to a group of 20 talented cadets, giving them the tools they will need to excel in their fields ~ The Approach is Simple and Effective: Comprehensive Training: Guides, tips, and research documents are being crafted to teach these cadets the ins and outs of community. While they'll emerge as potentially the best-trained moderators and community managers in Web3, our vision stretches further. The Pathfinders... Our true aim is to forge Pathfinders—individuals who embody: 1. Diverse Skill Sets: Combining the roles of moderators, community managers, and community builders. 2.
