I’ve been getting a lot of questions about coining content on @zora or @clanker — ‘What’s the point?’ or ‘Isn’t this just another s*coin?’ So let me break it down.
As a content creator, I put time, effort, and creativity into what I make. Instead of just posting it for free, I’m putting it onchain and fractionalizing it so people can own a piece.
For some, it’s a way to show support — like tipping, but with more meaning. For others, it’s a chance to speculate — hoping it gains value. That part’s up to them.
But here’s the thing — creators drive trends. They turn ideas into narratives that spread fast, bringing new people in. Onchain rewards that impact, giving creators real value for their work.
By empowering creators, we’re fueling Base’s growth, attracting capital, and strengthening the onchain economy.
