I think bitVM “prover” is the same as sequencer in eth terms. The prover sounds to be executing the transactions and submitting the taproot tree that is the updated state of the rollup. This feels like an optimistic validium l2 in eth terms. Data off chain, execution off chain, validum on chain.

I would love to ask @justindrake  if Universal synchronous composibility (if native Ethereum native sequencers) is possible with a bitVM rollup?
